Experience in managing MacAfee AV with EP management, exposure to DLP and data security is must.Experience in Desktop Support, Outlook troubleshooting, backup & recovery, user and group creation, Network printer installation, troubleshooting of Shared & NTFS Permissions.Good communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical and non - technical colleagues at all levels in the organisation. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems, including windows server and client operating systems and range of software applications.
